When I boot up my  computer it st I get a BIOS warning about my chip fan, but I do not have a chip fan, its protected by an heat sink. So how do I disable the monitoring function for the chip fan speed in the BIOS.

Not the CPU Fan, chip fan. There was one on the chip when I first got the motherboard but that got clogged up and had to be stripped down. So I decided to fit an heat sink instead. Anyway, I have solved the problem now. The setting was under Power in the BIOS, the last place I would have expected it to be.
