Hello,

today I turned on my computer, and I couldn't access any explorer window.

I received an error message with "Explorer.EXE" in the caption, and my network was disabled.

Note the CAPITAL letters of the extension.

So, I started combofix, it worked fine, it restored my network and explorer.exe

But every time I restart the computer, the same problem shows up again.

I tried to get rid of this with Malwarebytes Antimalware, Avast and Panda Antivirus, with no success.

The only program that temporary got rid of it is ComboFix.

I tried also to restore from a system point, but windows fails.

Can you help me to definetely get rid of this virus?

Thank you.

Please...follow Steps 6-8 of Preparation Guide, Before Using Malware Removal Tools and Requesting Help - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic34773.html and initiate a new topic in the forum which contains the Prep Guide.

In addition to the requested FRST log, please paste your ComboFix log content into your post.

Once that is done...this topic will be closed and all your attention/efforts should be on the topic in the Malware Removal Logs forum.

Thanks :).

Louis
