I see no indication in processes listed..of "high memory usage" by anything. Even your svchost.exe and AV processes are well within limits I consider "normal usage". As usual, Chrome has a zillion processes but none seem to be using extraordinary amounts of RAM.
Just what do you consider "high memory usage"? Looking at spikes on the Performance portion of Task Manager...which are not sustained...IMO, is not likely to be informative.
I see that you have Avast and McAfee software installed. I would uninstall each application by those two developers...then reinstall only the AVast Premier suite. My guess would be that this may help clear up system sluggishness.
Your errors...only reflect the usual problems with Bonjour...and seemingly isolated system hiccups, IMO.
I would run the chkdsk /r command after reinstalling Avast. I would follow that with running the sfc /scannow command, just in case some system files are missing/damaged.
Then...I would see how the system runs.
