In the Microsfot Win 10 support forums there are pages of problem reports with few actual soloutions and only to some problems. I have also tried most of them as well with no complete soloution.

So do not feel bad if some suggestions on here do not work.
This may be a problem that only Microsoft will be able to fix.

And, there are several batchfiles that can undo most of the Telemetry and Windows 10 haunt, for those who want them.

[There are also a few REGs, however, it's best not to mess with the Registry.]
