Windows 10 restore

Hi there Gals and Guys

 

I have a question If I do a windows restore will it go back to windows 8.1 or will it go to like a factory fresh windows 10 computer ?????

A factory refresh, recovery, will put your computer exactly the way it left the factory. Whatever OS left the factory, that OS will be placed onto that computer.

If you want to go back to Win 8.1, Window.old folder will be needed, of course, if you're still in the first month of using Window 10.
