so I have an alienware 17, and I wanted to wipe it to the factory image. I was able to download alienrespawn off the internet, because it got deleted when I had my laptop repaired.

But AlienRespawn says that the partition with the factory image with lost/deleted, so I need to have a USB to restore from. It seems as if the partition got deleted when my alienrespawn got deleted when it was getting fixed.

Unfortunately, I do not have a USB or a CD that has the factory image, so I was wondering if anyone could let me download the factory image, it that was possible?

I do have all the CDs it came with if that helps

Thanks a lot guys

You can use your CD's or DVD's if they are recovery disk with the OS otherwise you will need to order the Windows 7 recovery disks from Dell.
