Hi There. Am running the Windows 7 OS on a Leveno Thinkpad T420. All was running well until a couple of weeks ago. Now when I turn off the computer and start up, Windows 7 image loads and I wait for about 15 minutes. All I see is a black screen and the cursor. It will only enable me to run in safe mode in which many needed applications such as my Microsoft Office app and sound does not work. I did the autoruns and disabled three startups that are unknown and empty files. They were lzllokbj, pmxdrv, tqnuoxsu.Ulead DV Sce.  mode in which many needed applications such as my Microsoft Office app and sound does not work. Would appreciate any advice or recommendations offered. Thank you.

I suspect a malware infection (from the names of the startups that you disabled).

If infected, I'd suggest posting over in the Am I Infected forum:  http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/103/am-i-infected-what-do-i-do/
Please read the pinned topics at the top of the forum for instructions on how to post there.

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
