Win XP Pro won't shut down

I'm not sure what's changed, but when I go through the shutdown menus, it just never does.

I attached a Hijack this log, in case it may help.

Removed HJT log, it is an outdated tool for malware issues and its use is not allowed outside the Malware Removal Logs forum.  Malware issues are not worked in the XP forum (or any forum other than the BC malware forums) since that is not the focus of XP/Windows issues and the personnel providing info or suggestions in the non-malware forums...are presumed to not have the expertise/skill required to deal with malware issues..


Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.
Checkmark the following checkboxes:
  List last 10 Event Viewer log
  List Installed Programs
  List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
Click Go and paste the content into your next post.
Also...please Publish a Snapshot using Speccy - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic323892.html/page__p__1797792#entry1797792 , taking care to post the link of the snapshot in your next post.
