Hi all!

I am building my first high-end workstation PC, and am therefore wondering what you think of it; are all these components compatible with each other?

Looks like a good build. However, one thing that bothers me. I am not fond of that grotesque wifi USB adpater. It looks ready to be broke off. :) IMO I would look for a internal Mini PCIE one. Something like this..http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833320173

Hi, technonymous!

Thanks for the reply and the tip!

Unfortunately while waiting for an answer, I got a little impatient and actually ordered the above mentioned components, but today I have just sent an Email to my computer store in an attempt to change my order. :busy:

They have of course already billed my VISA card, however I will let you know the outcome anyway... :thumbup2:

So if need be, I might place an additional order..., and plus your suggestion costs less than mine.

Also, the CPU is not in stock, so I am in for a rather lengthy wait..., but as the saying goes: "It is well worth waiting for!"

Regards,

midimusicman79

Hi again, technonymous!

Sorry for the late reply, but as I Emailed my computer store, in the hurry I unfortunately mixed up the two almost identical models of the wifi USB adapters, which of course took extra time to sort out yesterday. However, the great news today is that my computer store confirmed that they accept the change of my order!

I hope your build goes well without any problems. Have fun :)

Thank you for the kind wishes; my dad (72) will assist me with the build, as he has already built and upgraded several PC's for the last 25 years. :)

Thank you very much for the help! :) The issue has been successfully resolved! :thumbup2:
