I recently purchased a Dell Inspiron 15 3000 Series (4GB RAM/500GB HDD) [Laptop] running Windows 8.1 Pro. It keeps crashing randomly (esp. during memory intensive tasks), and also when viewing vids in Google Chrome (YouTube). What could be the issue? I hate taking it to the store 'cause I feel they're incompetent. Also I had a Dell Latitude /w no problems, while this crashes every 30-40 minutes! I tried deleting some of the international dictionaries that came /w it, and also increasing the Virtual Memory from a measly 1GB to 3.3-4GB.. I'm wondering now what I could do, I don't wanna play around /w drivers as I have a bad feeling about the whole thing. This is brand new from the factory, there can't be any defects + my 1GB RAM Lenovo Yoga Tablet 8 B6000-HV runs fine, maybe crashes when scrolling fast my Yahoo! mail app, but it's rock-solid. It's a Dell, a very good laptop brand, I hope something can be done. If you want more info, don't hesitate to ask me..!
