Blur Help

Can anyone help me remove the blur from this picture and make the text visible? Help would be greatly appreciated

Short answer  - No !


If the 'blur' was an overlayer it would be possible to remove the blurring layer, but this image, as I copied it, only has one layer. The information you want just isn't there. Sorry.
