i encountered a problem where all microsoft office (word, excel, & the likes) didn't have submenu under menu bar; whenever i click the file menu, edit, etc. of the menu bar, only a blank submenu box will show up with out any submenu options for you to choose from. Also, when i tried right clicking anywhere in the document & application environment, a blank popup menu was shown, not 1 option like copy, paste or cut were available.

i like to know the reason why this happen & the solution as well..
does anybody have the solution for this? what do i do to restore or bring back the submenus & popmenus?

really need help..

Sounds like you have a corrupted toolbar and this is the easiest fix.

I suggest you use the Detect and Repair tool found under the Help in one of the applications.

If that is not possible because it is gone, go to Control Panel, then Add/Remove Programs and down to your Office Product. Click on the Change button and do the repair option.

Besure to have your CD handy because it may ask for it and if it ask to reactivate the the product do it ASAP because if you don't it will put you in reduced function mode so the only thing you can do is read.
