Since I ran the files, I was asked to, after I sent in the report, my computer is getting a new BSOD which seems to be in some for of loop, between rebooting and the
Dell Support Assist.
The BSOD reads: BAD POOL CALLER : mfesapsn.sys
It will not start up to windows at all.
The Dell Support assist, that automatically follows the BSOD says:
your system seems to have trouble starting. Scanning for possible hardware issues.
Comes up and says no issues.
It then starts to detect any software issues

I am working from my old XP tower right now.
