Cannot get update wndows 7

Ever since loading Wise Clean up, My automatic windows updates stopped.  Get error 802466008.  Followed the instructions to start BTS , but get message Windows could not start Backround intelligent Transfer on local computer. For more informaton Review Systen event log ( where is that?).  If this is a non- Microsoft Service, contact the service vendor & refer to service specific error code 2147024894.  Ran Fix it, but program could not fix errors,  Help.

What is Wise Clean Up?  Is that Wise Care365 or Wise 1st Aid?  Personally, I do not use such programs from any source, often such cause more grief than joy.

Tweaking.com's Windows Repair (All in One) might fix things for ya; Safe Mode with Networking, accept defaults, add items # 26 & 27. It might take a couple of warm restarts to settle things down afterwards.

Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.
 
Checkmark the following checkboxes:
  List last 10 Event Viewer log
  List Installed Programs
  List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
 
Click Go and paste the content into your next post.
 
Also...please Publish a Snapshot using Speccy - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic323892.html/page__p__1797792#entry1797792 , taking care to post the link of the snapshot in your next post.
