Most often this error code is seen in conjunction with Windows Defender problems.

And most of those problems are due to viruses

Have you scanned for viruses with an updated antivirus/antimalware program?

If infected, I'd suggest posting over in the Am I Infected forum:  http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/103/am-i-infected-what-do-i-do/
Please read the pinned topics at the top of the forum for instructions on how to post there.

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

Hello there,

Windows defender would also flag this error message if there are multiple Anti-viruses installed. If that's the case you would need to uninstall any third party AV. Its recommended to have only one AV at a time to avoid conflicts when scanning through your system, this could lead to errors such as the one your facing and make the machine slow.

Hope this helps!
