I tried to install windows JRE 32bit and I got swamped byt javaws.exe procesess. So many of them that my main RAM ran out.And other problem: When  I try to install Eclipse I see error message: JRE missing. So what is going here?

That process count raised about 4000-5000 procesess. Normally I have ONLY 114 Procesess running and I know this is NOT a malware related problem.

Only way I got rid of this problem is to delete ALL Java from my computer and then installing them again.

ECLIPSE problem SOLVED. I needed both JDK and JRE to run it properly.
