Hello everyone. I will start from the beginning, all my problems started about 6 months ago. yes i know long time due to random BSOD issues and troublemshooting te problem. With that said lets get started I am on windows 7 X64. I have a wireless all in one brothers printer, scanner ect. I encountered my first issue with this. I could not see the printer on the network anymore on wireless. It was in devices and printers. i tried to unstall this and reinstall the device with no luck. I worked on this issue for about 8 hours before i got it working again. I did go into device manager in safemode with it no showing the printer in device manager but it would show up under reg windows startup. I did reslove this issue in the end and honestly was not sure what the issue was that caused it.

I started to get random BSOD about a day later. The issues was so bad that I restored the system from factory recovery on the laptop. Ths did not resolve the issues. I then thought the drive or memory was bad I did hard drive checkdisk and memory test using memtest86. There was no issues with either but I decided fro the cost to replace the drive and memory due to the age of the laptop. I then installed windows 7 X64 from cd that I own. The system still has issues. I think it may be a rootkit or some other issues on that line. I am willing to do what ever is asked of me I just need help in gathering the info that is needed to pinpoint the issue. Please someone help me fig this issue out. I will run what ever tools or dig tools you would like. I also have an issue with windows update not wanting to update after fresh install on new drive. I ran the update tool to fix issues more than a handfull of times with the issue still in tact. I at this point of frustration have come to this site to ask for help Thanks in advance for taking the time to read this and help of anysort by the people that engage this issues. I did download DDS.scr and foe some reson the files will not attach using basic uploader or the choose files I can email this to the people that want this info.....Update I was able to pinpoint the registery values were missing for the windows update to work right. I resolved this. updating windows see if this resolves BSOD
