I'm trying to make a custom resolution for CS:GO, 1728x1080, Which is a 1080p 16:10 resolution. I have tried to Stretch the resolution to fit my monitor, but to no avail. I have the option to stretch enabled. Any suggestions?

You shouldn't need any kind of stretch if you're using the resolution of your monitor - what model monitor are you using? Have you obtained the manufacturer's .inf for it?
