My daughter's wedding photographer's hard-drive crashed and lost all the wedding pictures, (no back-up).  The photographer sent the hard-drive to Gillware, Ontrack and Secure Data Recovery, all were unable to retrieve the data.  There has to be a firm out there with the technology to retrieve this data but I can only find like companies.

Does anyone know of a firm that can produce results.  My daughter is crushed.

Hello, and Welcome to BC

I have not used them but I have heard good things about DriveSavers. Looking at Gillmore and Secure Data Recovery, I am not sure DriveSavers would be able to recover the data.

Expect to pay approx $1000 or more if the data is recoverable.

I have not used them, but these people might be worth a try (they came up as a US associate of a UK company I once used) :-
