Kind of a weird problem. Google and Youtube often won't load for me. As far as I know it's just those two sites that very frequently hang but obviously they are sites that I visit frequently so this has become quite a pain.

I did everything you listed but I'm still having the same issue. I go to Youtube or Google and often it won't load. A lot of times it seems like it's something called s.ytimg.com that hangs but sometimes it's something different and it only seems to happen on Google and Youtube sites.

Remove Chrome completely using the the instructions on this page.
https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95319?hl=en

Before you do Export your Bookmarks
Chrome will export your bookmarks as a HTML file, which you can then import into another browser.

If you want to save your passwords as well see here: http://www.intowindows.com/how-to-backup-saved-passwords-in-google-chrome-browser/

Re-install Chrome and the Bookmarks.

All is well. I plan to just upgrade to a newer PC in the near future. I completly restored this current PC to it's factory condition but it still had the issue. I'm guessing it's just some weird thing with my PC becoming old/outdated and possibly unsupported by certain sites/programs these days. Hard to tell. I've been planning on upgrading for a while now anyway.

Thanks for the help, nasdaq.
