screen capture application in win 7

I want to get a screen capture application that can auto make screen capture when the screen have changed ,for example the mouse cursor move over or the object in screen changed .
I know there is one (in win 7 ) before but I forget the name .......

Hi, Chuikinaman. Probably it is too long to answer your question even after a couple of months. I think you can take a look at what I have shared recently. I found a web-based screen capture application that you can use for recording. And by accident I just found out it allows me to change the location of recording window when I am just capturing screen. Mostly, I will utilize it for Skype Call recording. Don't know what you are going to record but it should work fine.
