Hi, Ive signed up to be a member here and saw the post by on valair Sep 16 2015 05:51 PM with regards to the norton security suite

 
 
ive tried downloading both AdwCleaner by Xplode and Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit but both didnt seem to remove the malware.. can the malware team please assist me? im very new and just downloaded the frst and did a run with it. Ive attached the two files below..

Save the file as fixlist.txt in the same folder where the Farbar tool is running from.
The location is listed in the 3rd line of the Farbar log you have submitted.

Run FRST and click Fix only once and wait.

Restart the computer normally to reset the registry.

The tool will create a log (Fixlog.txt) please post it to your reply.

Reset Chrome...
Open Google Chrome, click on menu icon google-chrome-setting-icon.png which is located right side top of the google chrome.
 
Click "Settings" then "Show advanced settings" at the bottom of the screen.
 
Click "Reset browser settings" button.
 
Clear your cache and cookies

Select "From the beginning of time"

Restart Chrome.

hi, thank you so much for your help. the instrusion attempt pop up is no longer showing and i've did as you've adviced. (clearing chrome browsing data) 

but seems like my system are yet having other problems. !!! it's just not getting better. 

I've attached the screenshots from the norton security. would you have a clue?

These access were blocked by Norton. It's normal.

What is the issue?
