I'm looking for a new desktop. The primary uses would be browsing, streaming, Office and some light photo/video editing. 

I have 2 systems in mind, but which one would you get and why? 

HP Pavilion 550-110 

Windows 10 home
4th gen i3-4170 processor 
8GB (1X8GB) DDR3-1600 RAM (supports up to 16 GB)
Intel HD Graphics 4400 
1 TB 7200 RPM HD 
180W PSU

The HP Pavilion 550qe.  The first one is fine for just the basics, but once you throw in video and image editing you need more power.
