Hi everyone , i reinstalled Win 7 SP1 and my computer is 64 bit ,  i am 99% positive this is not a malware related issue .

This is a hardware or setting related issue or a missing services related issue i believe.

I have run numerous chkdsk and sfc/scannow scans and all is well but i know something is causing this and i am hoping somebody can spot what may be wrong or if something is missing in the reports.

Thank you so much

OK,  i should mention that i installed (Net framework) myself instead of letting windows updates handle it  because my AV needed it right after the Win 7 reinstall , i hope i have the right ones installed .

I also rebuilt the search index numerous times to no avail as there seems to still be errors.

FWIW

I don't see a candidate for the blame line.  Hardware data looks OK to me and the index errors are failry routine and normally easily overcome.

Just how did you reinstall Win 7?

I follow the online guides to install 7 ,  i have ISO's of 7 with SP1 and start from scratch , i don't think it's the way i installed because i have reinstalled so many times over the years i know it inside and out .

I installed "net framework" before going online for the first time because Kas 2016 needed the framework to install , in the past this wasn't the case , i would install it from a disk and it would have the framework included with it .

I copied the framework onto a usb stick and installed it and then installed Kas 2016 before checking for updates online .

The search problem i have had issues with in the past at times as well ,  your saying it's easily resolved ?  Can you show how because rebuilding the index doesn't help.

Thank you

If rebuilding the index doesn't do the job...I would try just turning off indexing.  Microsoft does not do anyone a big favor with its indexing/search capabilities, IMO...and disabling indexing has never been reported by anyone as a Windows tragedy.
