Am I right that DDR2 transfers Data two times on the Data on the Rise and Fall of a cycle.


And DDR3 Transfers Data three times on the Rise and Fall of a Cycle?

1: Yes

2: No - DDR3 is still Double Data Rate memory, not triple.
