I am a college student and haven't had my computer long. It started running really slow and I noticed that sometimes it would tell me I needed administrator permission to do something, but I am an administrator. I have a Canon wireless printer that is new, but it won't let use the wireless part of it and I have to plug it in to make it work. I went into the program data folder to look at the permissions on my printer, which is when I noticed a folder called Install Clap. I have no idea what it is, or how it got there. Also, I've noticed that if I give myself permission on a folder or file, the next day the permissions are changed again.

Can you please help?

Sammi, let's repost and get a deeper look.

Please follow this Preparation Guide and post in a new topic.
Let me know if all went well.
