I have a problem with spywarequake and I tried to remove it. Which not worked.
So I went looking on the internet and it was clear I had to do this in "safe mode"
Using F8 at start up and selecting start up with "save mode" gave a blue error screen after a few seconds.
So I tried again normal mode and I could enter XP (which was still working at that time)
In XP I set to start-up in safe mode.
Now I get the errror message every time and I cannot change my system back to normal mode start up.

Does anyone recognizes this problem and how I can fix this?

Does this mean that F8 at startup does not give you a booting selection screen, where you can choose how to boot the computer?

The 'Blue Screen of Death' (or BSOD) is refered to by Microsoft as a Stop Message. They can occur for many reasons. In order to diagnose it's cause we need as much info as you can give about the stop message. Please write it down and post it back here the next time it happens. In particular, it helps to have the somewhat cryptic series of numbers about half way down the blue screen that have this sort of format:

0x0000008E (Followed by four other sets of numbers in parenthesis.)

Yes, the F8 gives me a booting selection but either normal or safe mode gives the error. (Most probably caused by the safe mode settings I have entered in XP
I will have to log out first to write down the numbers you are refering to. I'll come back in a few minutes.

problem is solved.
I made a new boot.ini file and so I could enter again my PC.
Than I deleted INCD program and now I can work again in safe mode.
