...instead of praising Vonage, I have to criticize them...for their reckless advertising practices. Vonage spends huge amounts on advertising...among this spending is widespread and substantial spyware-delivered advertising...I have repeatedly observed Vonage buying "ordinary" spyware pop-up ads from vendors like 180solutions, Direct Revenue, and eXact Advertising...Vonage ads also appear through less well-known spyware, including through programs that continue to be installed onto users' computers through security exploits (without user consent).
