I am running Windows 7 and have noticed my CPU is running crazy high (50%-80% while idle) and have traced it back to the option to update to Windows 10.  This is an older HP laptop with a 1.9 GHz processer and 6 gigs of ram and I have decided to not install 10 yet.  However, now, the computer keeps downloading the windows 10 update and I can't get it to stop.

Any ideas or help would be greatly appriciated.

I figured out how to fix it, it's an update that just needs uninstalled.

however, if you can find more in here, the computer isn't as slow, but it's still pretty slow.

Here is my Speccy thing

and here is the MiniToolBox thing.
