Windows XP home

I installed Icon Packager from WinCustomize.com. Cool app, bad outcome. First all of the menu bars went black!! Well I got that fixed by changing the appearance in the desktop properties menu. Now all of the text and images in all of my programs have jagged edges. I tried changing the effects for text smoothing from standard to clear type and back again with no improvement. I tried using the Icon Packager to revert back to the default windows appearance and I was able to do it but not completely. I also tried uninstalling Icon Packager from the control panel add/remove programs and I am unable to do so. Its hurting my eyes to look at the monitor!! I would appreciate any help to get my resolution back to where its supposed to be.

Thank you
Sheila

Use Windows System Restore to revert your system stste to a date preceding the one you installed the Icon Packager.
