I am attaching reports file as well the latest dump file created by windows. Please have a look and suggest.

This page is not allowing me to upload dump file.

Let's try this instead.

Please go to C:\Windows\Minidump folder. Do you see any dmp logs from the folder?  If yes, then read the instruction of the second paragraph below. If not, configure small memory dump debugging information under startup and recovery.

> Right-click My Computer and choose Properties.
> Go to Advanced System Settings - Advance Tab.
> Under Startup and Recovery, click Settings...
> Look for 'write debugging information' and use small memory dump
> Checkmark overwrite any existing file
*Make sure to unticked automatically restart - press Ok

If there are latest created minidumps under C:\Windows\Minidump folder, please post the latest dmp logs (atleast 5) by :
Note : If dmp logs from minidump folder is not allowed due to security or admin permission problem, disable UAC control temporarily
or see this link.
> Highlight (holding ctrl key) and choosing the latest dmp logs by hitting enter or left mouse click.
> Right-click and choose send to desktop.
> When on desktop, highlight all dmp logs and right-click and send to compressed zipped folder.
> Upload and share the link by registering here https://www.box.com/
* minidumps log sample 010613 - 16676 -01.dmp -> 01 is for month - 06 for day - 13 is for year.
* If you use any 3rd party software such as Ccleaner, please uncheck the minidumps box so as not to remove the dump files next time.

Install your Realtek Wireless and Video chip (check your device manager if its AMD or Intel first) by downloading them here. After saving them to your hard drive, locate first the video driver in Add or Remove programs and uninstall. Then run the downloaded driver and proceed with the wifi card using the same step.

Hi Jhayz,

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling Video and wireless driver but no success.

Issue remains. Do you think it could be the issue with  the Video card hardware..?

Ok, I would like to see a full memory dump this time as the current dmp log is not able to load by Windows Debugging tool. Can you go back and choose Full Memory Dump this time and then let the BSOD reoccur. The dmp log would be larger (by details view) when generated by minidump folder. Upload a new log so we could confirm the present problem at hand.

:o I was expecting just a couple of dmp files by full memory dump... usually a little more in KB not in MB as compared to the previous small memory dump configuration. What files particularly have you compressed? Did you send just the latest (3 to 5 dmp) files?

I have sent you the Kernel Dump file which is outside the Minidump folder as requested.

If you need latest 4-5 mini dump files so that can be sent. Let me know.

It is a single 300 MB dump file
