Hi I am having troubles with my laptop. I am including a screenshot of my computer's properties as I don't want to leave out any information

jz7ipi.png

I am not sure if the problem is with hardware or software as nothing changed even after i reinstalled windows many times. Windows is too slow or become unresponsive specially when I try to copy anything from laptop to pendrive or external hard drive i get errors like werfault.exe, c0000185, ox8007045D This request could not be performed because of an I/O device error. I have tried to connect the hard drive to desktop and safe mode but still got same errors.

Welcome to BC !

Verify you are using genuine Windows 7 by following one or more of the ways described in the link below.

How to Check if Windows 7 is Genuine?

Once you have done the above, start a new topic in the Windows 7 Forum as this is not likely a malware issue.

Thanks :).

I will take a few minutes to review all...any suggestions/comments will be posted here as edits.

First thing that I would do...install SP1 for Win 7.

SP1, Win 7

Then...install IE 11.

IE 11, 64-bit version

Then...go to Windows Update for all missing critical updates.

Your controller errors above..are an area of concern.  See Answers re such errors.
