I get stuck on this screen. None of the choices do anything but take me to a black screen with a prompt that doesn't accept text.

Hi cgpresadog & Welcome to the forums ^_^,

Did you do anything that caused this or was it just out of the blue? Have you tried "loading the defaults"?

Are you getting any beeps?

Could you please post a detailed specification of your system? That would help us in helping you :)

Loading the defaults doesn't do anything, it just stays on the same screen.

I'm sure I did something but I don't specifically know what. I just turned it on the other day and our said some parameters were outside their reach, or something like that. Now the only other screen I get is a port error.

I will have to figure out the specifics of the computer and repost.

PORT error or POST error?

In any case, what is the error which you are getting?
