I have 120 women I need to send the same email to.  I do not have all their email addresses yet, so how  can I copy them all and then email all 120 women the same email?

If you'll be sending this from within a mail client, you may want to configure a distribution list as it is referred to in Outlook, or a mailing list as Thunderbird calls it. This will allow you to send the same email to all recipients that have been added to that list at one time.

If you will be entering mulitple email address to the email, be aware that there might be a limit on how many receipients can be used at one time. This will vary by ISP or email domain.

Example: I know Comcast limits it to 100 per email.

You will have to break the list into 2 distribution groups in order to send to everyone.

Do you use XfinityConnect to check your Comcast email account?

In order to send to a group of 70, you would need to import the contacts I to the group. As I'm unfamiliar with using Comcast's webmail, I am unsure if you can add contacts in bulk, or if they will have to be added to the group one at a time.

After a quick search I've found some information that may be of assistance to you.

Xfinity Forums: How to create an email distribution list

To create a Group using the Full version of XfinityConnect:
In the Inbox, click on the Address Book tab
Now click on NEW GROUP on the left side
Name the Group
Once the Group is created,
Click on the Group to add Contacts to it.

Click on the Contact name then on Add to Group
Click Add to Group

Note: Do not make the Group too large, beause you have limits to how many emails can be sent and how many at one time.

You may also wish to view the information regarding Comcast's limitations on sending mail.
