Recently reformatted computer but still with issues

i have several network devices under hidden and can't seem to uninstall even with safe mode are these devices legit? i can only disable them but not uninstall

They are drivers rather than physical devices. They provide additional networking technologies that you may or may not be using. WAN Miniport drivers are not user removable, but you can hack the registry to remove them if you really want to. That may come back to bite you in the bum later on though.

 

Yes they are legit.

Just by disabling these drivers you will probably encounter networking issues with different protocols, they are typically hidden unless they are broken.

If you are unable to unistall them try to disable them
