Windows permissions

Hi.I tried to change windows permissions so that my daughters wouldnt delete or modify some pictures and video I had on my computer.It didnt work for some reason.I then changed the settings back to the original but now none of the videos or pictures will open.I tried system restore and they still wont open after restoring the system.Any ideas?

You should be able to fix the files with this application.




Makes it very easy to do.
