Hi,

I recently upgraded to Win 10 from 8.1 after upgrading my laptop it froze constantly or lagged on everything when it did work. I since reverted it back to 8.1 and am still having that problem. I never had any issues prior to the upgrade. It's so hard to get it going to try and troubleshoot the issues. Is this a common problem and is they're a fix? Thank you

You might have to reload the video drivers that will sync the video chip/stuff with Windows 8.1 -- when a local shop rolled my laptop from 8 to 7, he had to download and install several drivers.
