I have by mistake made a new partition (500 Mb instead of 500 Gb), now I want to delete it and create a new one with 500 Gb.

Can I just right click on that partition from the administration folder and delete it? Will the 500 Mb be added to the existing one?

When  you delete the 500MB partition that space will be unallocated. Then you need to expand the partition adjacent to it. For partition management you may be better off using a partition manager like Minitools Partition Wizard. All steps are virtual which means no steps are taken until you click apply. As with any partition editing, you should backup your personal data first. Although the chance for something going wrong is small, you want to backup your data.

Delete a Partition

Create a Partition

Resize a Partition    To resize the partiton left click on either the left or right arrow of the partition bar and drag to your desired size

Thank you, I'll use the Minitools for that.
