Hi stringbean :)

According to the graph below on Adobe Forums, Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 isn't even supported in Windows 8/8.1 (7 being the highest version of Windows that supports it), so my guess is that it won't be fully functionnal in Windows 10.

I have had Photoshop Elements 9 working fine on Windows 10 for a month now.  No problems.  Go for it.

I have used Photoshop Elements 4 on Windows 10, so that should tell you something.
