Can't Register BD Free

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this but, I downloaded and installed Bitdefender Free. Everything is working fine. It update and is scanning . But when I try to register I get " The connection to the server has failed, the product cannot be activated". I asked for help on the BD forum but that is useless. Any ideas on what maybe going on ? I uninstalled it because I only had 29 days left since I can't register it.

The server may be very busy or down for maintenance as others are making the same complaint at their forums. I would wait until tomorrow, then try again and see if you can get through.

BTW...you can Register Bitdefender and receive a license via email

Didn't work buddy. I'll just keep this one installed and try everyday and see what happens until the days are up. I'll let you know  the outcome.  :thumbup2:

Ok  quietman7, I'm not sure what the problem was as of yet, but Bitdefender email support looked into the matter, and within 4 hours everything was fixed. Thanks for all your help, it is greatly appreciated.
