Hi, Back again after another problem with my Dell laptop. Last time with the assistance of other forum members I was able to solve the problem and I'm back hoping for same.
Over the last 4 days upon switching on my computer it will either open with 'Windows Error Recovery' or with the 'BAD POOL CALLER' blue screen C000021a with errors 0x00000019 (00000022,...). I have tried Safe Mode, last known good configuration, and even following some instructions through Command Prompt. All with no results.
Is there anything else that I can try? Thanks
