System Specs: Toshiba Qosmio x775-Q7380, Windows 7 Home Premium x64, Intel Core i5-2430M CPU @ 2.40GHz, nVidia GeForce GTX 560m driver.

I cannot get any display drivers to install for my nVidia GeForce GTX 560m driver. Every version I have tried, through both the Toshiba support site specific to my computer and the GeForce website, has resulted in a BSOD.

Currently, I am able to run League of Legends with just Intel® HD Graphics 3000 and Standard VGA Graphics Adapter (which cannot start - Code 10) as my display drivers. It does not run smoothly by any means but it allows me to at least play. I cannot run pretty much any other graphics-intense program, though.

I'm suspecting that I may have damaged/overheated my GPU but I am not certain of that.

Is there any way I can test if my GPU is damaged? Or does someone have any advice on how to get a display driver installed?
