windows 7 home premium

I have Acer Z3771 all in one monitor with windows 7 home premium it recently crashed and I reset to factory default
thinking I could then reboot with backup discs that I had previously burned 
then I found that I have a locked in password in F12 so cannot access reboot menu
I tried contacting Acer but they have washed their hands of it because of expired warranty
can anyone on this board help me circumvent this password or help to recover

You used the recovery partition to reinstall the operating system?

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
