Battery problem

 Hi ! Ive spent so many time searching solution for this problem but i didnt find anything that helped me,i got a new battery and its 100% full,the problem is when I unplug the AC charger it shut down after 3-5min just like my battery is empty and exactly when I replugg the charger it shows that the battery is full thats kinda strange,do you have an idea about this? and my computer is making lot of noise i guess its surcharging (overheating) what should I do

Return the battery as defective before the return time limit expires. After that you have to deal with the manufacturer, and good luck with that.
