Hi which software is best too buy that willo unlock all phones for me, i want too try and start up a small business

The easiest (and only legit way I know) to unlock a carrier-locked phone is to contact the carrier and request the unlock code.

If you're referring to unlocking phones without carrier's permission... I'm fairly sure that is illegal and is therefore against the Forum Rules here. Please clarify what you are looking for.
