After I restarted my Laptop, I noticed both my internet connection icons (wired and wireless) and several items were missing from my taskbar on my laptop. I cannot find them anywhere on my computer, the network displays 0 items. Also, I cannot restore the computer at all.  Any prompt help would be greatly appreciated.

Louis,

Thank you for the prompt response. Unfortunately, I was not able to published the minitoolbox content and snapshot using Speccy. My HP’s internet connection is disable due to unknown problems that I referred to in my previous message. I possibly may email you the minitoolbox content or provide it to you by another appropriate mean you may suggest. I was able to download all required software from my working PC and installed them on HP (broken one). I follow all instructions and below is the result from  Speccy. Let me know if you need anything else and again thank you for the help.
