Greetings..to whom ever reads this!

Not too complicated..however..I will sign into BC..then I will get distracted with diinner, sports or curling my hair. When I return to my computer, I am no longer signed into BC.

What is the time-line from sign in, to no activity before a member is automatically signed out?

Thanks so much!

I'm not sure, but it's perhaps about an hour.  If you don't want that to happen, there's another way to sign in so long as you know that no-one else will get into your BC account.

Click on the Sign On text near the upper right on the main forum page.  That will produce a pop up where you can enter your user name and password.  Check the box by "remember me", it it isn't already, if you don't want to be automagically logged out.

Are you signing in from a desktop or laptop that has a sleep and or hibernation setting? If so it's probable that your connection sleeps and disconnects you. That's possibly your time limit.

My computer doesn't use hibernation or sleep mode and I do get automagically logged out after a period of time unless I use the "remember me" setting when logging in.
