Hi, I have this annoying problem after trying upgrading windows 7 to windows 10 and finding that  -first it was freezing all the time: suddenly.. the cursor was gone, the screen froze and,  had to restart the computer for it to be able to work again.

I really try to keep the new upgrade 'cause I like it and I thought could adapt to it easily, but after trying for a while, I gave up and finally switched back to reliable windows 7. Now the problem starts...every time I start my computer there is a box saying:   "kdbsync exe has stopped working correctly and has to close the program". I also have the A D M catalyst box coming up all the time but before the upgrade it was a black box with something written and flashed on and off every time I started the computer, which was already annoying.. Now it's an empty white box that appears after the "kdbsync" message.

I have windows 7 professional.

Thank you in advance for your help..

I would uninstall the current graphics drivers...then reinstall same.

What program are you talking about?

To uninstall drivers...Device Manager is the simple route.

Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.

Checkmark the following checkboxes:
List last 10 Event Viewer log
  List Installed Programs
List Users, Partitions and Memory size.

Click Go and paste the content into your next post.

Also...please Publish a Snapshot using Speccy - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic323892.html/page__p__1797792#entry1797792 , taking care to post the link of the snapshot in your next post.
