Add/Remove Programs function.

Why would you want to remove any that are installed?  Different programs require different versions...there is no cumulative version which has every version issued.

Some people just do not want programs or files if they have no problems which depend on them.  It's like, if you have no application which uses or needs Java, then one should uninstall Java.  Some people feel this way about the dot NET stuff.  We usually do not know which of our applications use any dot NET stuff/files/versions.
