So I had no idea what I did, but I do not seem to have a desktop all of a sudden. All I have is this full screen start menu. I have no idea how to turn this off, or how I turned it on. Anyone have a clue how to get this back to a traditional desktop?

I think you may have turned on "Tablet Mode". If you can figure out how to get to "System Settings", you can turn it off.

Go into the action/notification center, and click on tablet mode again

It will turn it off
